Greek Salsa

2 Roma tomatoes, chopped

1 avocado, chopped

¼ c finely chopped red onion

2 cloves garlic

1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

1 tbsp. chopped fresh oregano

1 tbsp. olive oil

1 tbsp. white wine vinegar

4 oz. Feta cheese, crumbled

Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients and stir gently. Cover and chill for 2 hours before serving. Love it with pita chips or quartered pita bread!
