Michelle was first introduced to Pilates in 2001 by her college dance instructors to help strengthen her technique and recover from a knee injury. She immediately fell in love with it! Her core was growing stronger, alignment better, and her knee pain had subsided.
In 2004 she completed the Pilates/Dance Conditioning Certification Program at Orange Coast College. She was fortunate to study/intern under Master Instructors who both guided and challenged her in a positive way. She continues her education today by attending Pilates seminars/conferences, and by working with local instructors to find new ways to assist and inspire her clients.
Michelle has been teaching dance, Pilates and various fitness classes for over 10 years in the United States and Australia to clients of all ages and fitness levels. She also has a passion for Stand Up Paddleboarding, and loves teaching the Pilates Method with the added challenge of being on the water.
Michelle wishes to share the wonderful world of Pilates with others so that they may reap the benefits as she has!
