Roger has been training and educating clients in weight loss,muscle strengthening/toning and injury rehabilitation for more than a decade.

Besides just fitness, he is interested in anything holistic in nature as well as reading/watching anything on nutrition,sports and animal welfare.

His training philosophy consists of keeping members engaged and involved in safe but effective workouts. He does this by first, listening to what his clients want to achieve and then by designing a workout program that will be the most effective. He is always reachable for my clients for any questions that may arise big or small. Nutritional coaching has always played a big part in his training philosophy as he loves to offer new healthy organic recipes to clients. “So let's stay healthy, happy and continue on this path of wellness together!”
